This service comes with a 7-day return policy! If you have talked to tech support and we were unable to get you reliable service you may return the router for a full refund.

What can not be refunded is the first month's prepaid DATA payment nor logistics fee.
Router Warranty

Routers have a one year warranty from the date of purchase.

Any damage that may occur due to electric surge, water damage, or customer abuse will not be covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover firmware/software updates that may be required.
How does our Fixed Broadband work?

We use 5G/LTE cellular signal to provide wireless internet connectivity. We send our enterprise routers with a SIM card installed and activated with one of our data plans.

These routers run on cellular towers.
How does this compare to Satellite Internet?

Satellite is heavily affected by the weather and our internet is not affected.

Satellite internet has a very high latency, generally 500+ ms ping. Our Mobile Broadband typically gets between 40 to 100 ms ping. this means that you can zoom, facetime, and conduct your business with our service.
What Kind of speeds can I expect?

Every location is different for speeds even inside your house.

Your speeds will depend on which router you buy and local tower traffic, we do not guarantee speeds but you may encounter anywhere from 25 - 474 Mbps, once again depending on towers & type of equipment.
Is your home or workplace in an area with little to no internet?

You can now connect to the web in rural areas while traveling, and in locations that are underserved by the major internet service providers.

All offers, programming, promotions, pricing, terms, restrictions & and conditions are subject to change & and may be modified, discontinued, or terminated at any time without notice.
By submitting your contact information to our website form you agree for it to be used for marketing purposes only including text messages/ emails from us.
Note we do not share your information with any other companies unless requested legally by the state of law to law enforcement entities.
Empire Network Solutions Group is an interactive Solutions Provider for telecommunications. This agreement sets forth the Account Terms and Conditions that apply to the subscriber for use of Empire Network Solutions Group. The subscriber is deemed to have agreed to comply with all terms by use of the service.
Statement of Responsibility for Empire Network Solutions Group
By continuing with service I agree to the following conditions regarding use of Empire Network Solutions Group :

I understand I am responsible for the choice of service and am bound to remit payment.

I understand my accounts remain open until I submit a written cancel request. I agree to pay the monthly service fee for each month my account is open. I understand Empire Network Solutions Group does not prorate the final month of service.

I understand Empire Network Solutions Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel my account at any time if the account becomes past due or if the using member is identified that excessive usage contributed to network congestion or network abuse. I further understand that I will be charged a $35.00 re-activation fee in the event my account becomes suspended. I will continue to be responsible for the monthly service fee even if the account is suspended, and if my account is consistently suspended, Empire Network Solutions Group reserves the right to terminate my account for any excessive usage or any continuous late payment activity.

I understand it is my responsibility to provide Empire Network Solutions Group a current phone number and email address that I check regularly and to notify Empire Network Solutions Group of any changes to my email address or phone number.
Empire Network Solutions Group customers are to exclusively use the technical support and customer service options provided by Empire Network Solutions Group for any service or product provided by Empire Network Solutions Group unless directed otherwise.
Empire Network Solutions Group reserves the right to deny, terminate, disconnect, modify or suspend wireless service if a wireless device connected to Empire Network Solutions Group engages in the following prohibited uses: provide wifi service to the general public, broadcast to multi-dwelling units or extraordinary usage such as server devices or host computer applications, including, but not limited to, disproportionate web camera posts or broadcasts, automatic data feeds, automated machine-to-machine connections, peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing applications broadcast to servers or recipients such that they could enable "bots" or similar routines.
Billing Period: All services provided by Empire Network Solutions Group will be billed on the first of each month for the ensuing month or otherwise every 30 days from start of service and after first payment for membership.
Billing Disputes: All billing disputes must be sent by email, and the obligation to pay for service will continue until such notice is received. Termination of your service does not constitute relief from amounts incurred prior to termination.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received by the last day of the month in order to avoid payment obligation for the following month. Any cancellation requests received on the 1st or after the 1st will be billed to the end of that month. All cancellations must be made via e-mail so we can have exact record of the date and specific request of the customer.
Legality of Content: The subscriber agrees to use Empire Network Solutions Group for lawful purposes only. The subscriber will not post or transmit any material through Empire Network Solutions Group which violates or infringes upon the rights of other users. This includes, but is not limited to: threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar or obscene language, any action which threatens public or private rights or which is considered objectionable, any action which encourages a criminal offense, any action which gives rise to civil liability or violates any law. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to outside computer systems are expressly prohibited. Users agree to abide by any and all rules of the network they access through Empire Network Solutions Group . The subscriber agrees to defend and hold harmless Empire Network Solutions Group , its directors, officers, employees, agents or affiliates for all damages and claims that might arise from the subscribers use or misuse of the service, which damages or otherwise harms either the subscriber, Empire Network Solutions Group or a third party.
Responsibilities: Empire Network Solutions Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding services provided. Empire Network Solutions Group is not responsible for any damages suffered from the use of our services, including but not limited to, loss of data, service interruptions and/or delays, or third party litigation.
Content Screening: Empire Network Solutions Group cannot and does not control the content of information available over the Internet. For this reason, the subscriber certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or, if the subscriber is a parent or guardian, he/she assumes all responsibility for supervising the on-line activities of the underage user. Any information garnered through Empire Network Solution Services is done so at your own risk.
Relationship: The relationship between the subscriber and Empire Network Solutions Group is that of subscriber and service provider only. In the event of a violation of any terms and/or conditions set forth in this agreement, Empire Network Solutions Group reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided to the subscriber.
Court Venue: In the event of a dispute, Empire Network Solutions Group and the subscriber agree that the venue for such litigation shall be in local city of California and that the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
